At Lux & Oak, each item is made to order and customized just for you — which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


We will only resend or remake an item if:

 

  • The personalization is misspelled due to our error, or

  • You receive the wrong item in your order.

 


In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before a replacement is sent. This will be determined based on the product and situation.
