At Lux & Oak, each order is crafted with care and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Processing Time:
All personalized items are made to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery (Planter Box and Treat Wall Only)
Local Delivery (Chicago Area Only):
If you’re located in the Chicago area and would like to arrange a local delivery or meet-up, please select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you directly to coordinate a convenient time and location

Delays or Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly and we will do our best to assist.
